This annual statement sets out what we have done, and what we will do next, to prevent modern slavery and unethical employment practices.
Introduction
This is our first annual statement under the Welsh Government's Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains, covering the period from our incorporation on 17 February 2026 to the date of publication. It sets out the steps we have taken, and plan to take, to make sure that modern slavery and unethical employment practices are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Our business and supply chains
We are a UK-wide implementation and logistics business. We store, kit, transport and install retail campaigns and fixtures, and supply vehicle hire, fleet services, market stalls, street furniture and metalwork to public sector and housing clients. Our supply chain includes vehicle hire and leasing companies, subcontracted hauliers and couriers, warehouse and installation labour, fabrication partners, and manufacturers of fixtures, stalls and bollards.
Steps taken so far
- Signed up to the Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains.
- Appointed a director as Anti-Slavery Champion.
- Adopted and published an Ethical Employment Policy, a Whistleblowing Policy and an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.
- Identified the higher risk areas of our spending: subcontracted driving and haulage, agency supplied warehouse and installation labour, and imported fabricated goods.
Planned steps for the next 12 months
- Deliver modern slavery and ethical employment training to everyone involved in recruitment, buying and managing subcontractors, and keep training records.
- Add ethical employment and modern slavery requirements to our subcontract and supplier terms.
- Ask suppliers in higher risk areas about their employment practices, and monitor them.
- Encourage our main suppliers and subcontractors to sign up to the Code of Practice.
- Aim to pay undisputed supplier invoices within 30 days, and record how we perform against that.
- Review this statement and publish an updated version by 31 August 2027.
Effectiveness
From next year this statement will report on training completed, suppliers assessed, supplier sign ups to the Code, payment performance, and any concerns raised and how they were resolved.
